There are always opportunities to serve at Christ Church.  Can you help with any of the following:-

Little Acorns craft helpers Wednesdays, 9.30 – 11 am, fortnightly or monthly We need a couple of extra helpers on a Wednesday morning to help run the craft table. There are craft leaders already in place, you'd just be required to be an extra pair of hands, no preparation needed!

Little Acorns set up Wednesdays, 8.30 – 9 am, weekly, fortnightly or monthly We need a couple more people to help move a bit of furniture around and set up the toys for the toddlers.

Kids Church helpers Sundays, 10.30 – noon, monthly We need a couple of extra helpers to work alongside the existing team on a Sunday morning. Responsibility for leading parts of the sessions can be as much or as little as you'd like.

Messy Church (meeting every month on the fourth Sunday afternoon) - craft work, furniture shifting, cooking and serving food, chatting with guests.

Also, at present we also would love people to help with:

  • Giving a lift to an elderly person so that they can continue worshipping at Christ Church - once a month or even once or twice a year - it all helps.
  • The Shack - this group for 8-13 year olds is on the brink of closing down! We are the only club in the area which caters for this age group so it would be a shame to shut The Shack. To volunteer you need to be available between 7.15 and 9.30 pm on term-time Fridays, either weekly or on a rota basis.
  • The Shack: we also need a co-leader alongside Chris.

Please contact Jacqui in the office on 01727 859806 if you can help with any of the above
